Indications

For temporary relief of confusion, memory loss and impaired cognitive function.

Ingredients

Anacardium orientale 30X, Belladonna 30X, Hyoscyamus niger 30X, Kali bromatum 30X, Veratrum album 30X, Baryta carbonica 30C, Lachesis mutus 30C, Phosphorus 30C, Stramonium 30C.
Demineralized water, 20% Ethanol.

Directions

Adults and children 5 to 10 drops orally, 3 times daily or as otherwise directed by a health care professional.
