Any health program must begin at the cellular level
By Christian Domergue
If we admit that all bodily functions are dependent on the "vitality" of our cellular system, source of all energy, it seems to me then that proper health depends nearly entirely on the health of our cells.
Think about this: without the proper nutrients "feeding" our cells we could not raise a finger or even form a single thought!
It is essential to realize that energy is created at the cellular level and nowhere else!
Our source of energy comes from our 30 trillion cells and is directly affected by the quality of nutrients reaching those cells, the pH value of the "transport system" i.e. the extracellular/intracellular liquid, the water we drink and the permeability of the cell membranes.
What other things could negatively affect our "energy" factory?
Lack of love, loneliness, trauma, stress, our thought process, our attitude.
There is no disease, per se, of the cellular system, but starvation!
As a result of this lack of energy in the cellular system the “I just don't feel good” is among the top reasons patients visit a general practitioner or family physician.
When energy production (vitality) is compromised within our cells, it starts a downward spiral of declining health starting with "unexplained" fatigue and lack of energy!
What are the "nutrients" our cells need to have the strength to create the energy needed for our body to function at its best?
The answer is: Organic Complexes.
Organic complexes contain the "building blocks" that plants use to create the nutrients in our food. They are the "life force" and "energy" of our food.
They contain traces of amino acids (which form proteins), vitamins, enzymes and minerals.
These are the raw materials that transform into the nutrients found in fruits and vegetables.
Linus Pauling, PhD winner of 2 Nobel prizes said, "You can trace every sickness, every disease, and every ailment, to a mineral deficiency."

In 1936 the United States Senate issued Document 264 with information regarding the minerals, or should I say lack of minerals in our food, and their relationship to good health.
It recognized that many diseases stem from the impoverished soil in America that no longer provides plants with the mineral elements essential to human nourishment and health.
Excerpt: "Do you know that most of us today are suffering from certain dangerous diet deficiencies which cannot be remedied until the depleted soils from which our foods come from are brought into proper mineral balance ?"
"The alarming fact is that foods-fruits and vegetables-grains now being raised on millions of acres of land that no longer contains enough of certain minerals, are starving us...no matter how much of them we eat!"
"This talk of minerals is novel and quite startling. In fact, a realization of the importance of minerals in food is so new that the textbooks on nutritional dietetics contain very little about it. Nevertheless it is something that concerns all of us, and the further we delve into it the more startling it becomes".
In the 1950's (finally!) minerals were shown to be necessary co-factors for vitamins (and certainly other supplements) to be able to fully operate within our body!
So what are we to do?
1. Buying habits: let's purchase only organic fruits and vegetables, free range chicken as well as healthy meat from animals which graze on plants and non contaminated fish. Sad to say... Organic simply means grown without chemicals and that doesn't guarantee it was grown in mineral rich soil, or that it has more nutrients. In fact, testing shows that most organic produce is just as nutrient deficient as what you typically find in grocery stores. It is still a good idea to buy "organic" simply to encourage this much "cleaner" farming method.
2. Change the type of water we drink to a more alkaline water for better absorption at the cellular level and better hydration.
3. Find a source of Ionic minerals which can be easily assimilated and absorbed by our cellular system.
Organic Complexes are almost non-existent in our food supply due to improper chemical farming methods. We have known for more than 80 years that our soils are mineral deficient and so are the foods they grow and therefore, so are we who eat the food. The solution has been supplementation with powdered rocks in tablets and capsules. But there is a major problem-you can't bypass the plant! If you analyze the mineral content of soil and then analyze the fruits and vegetables grown in that soil, you will find that they are not only mineral deficient, they are nutrient deficient, as well. You see, the plant is a factory. How else could you explain getting a red tomato from a green plant? The nutrients the plant manufactures are in direct proportion to the mineral content of the soil. The lower the mineral content, the lower the nutrient content and the amount of Organic Complexes in our food.
4. Oxygen Delivery
Our cellular factories require a supply of oxygen because oxygen is used to "burn" or oxidize nutrients in order to release their energy. This oxygen must be held in check so its oxidizing power is not utilized until it reaches the mitochondria in our cells. Otherwise, it will combust prematurely and burn things we don't want it to burn. Proper oxygenation starts with deep breathing and healthy lung tissues. It continues as the red blood cells deliver oxygen from the lungs to the cells. Antioxidants are also part of the process, as they prevent oxygen from burning out of control.
So, oxygen delivery starts in the lungs. Breathe deeply. If your lungs are weak and dry or if you wheeze or experience shortness of breath, try tonifying your lungs, with Chinese Lung Support (LH-C) or Cordyceps.
If circulation is impaired, it can be improved with the Mega-Chel program. Other nutrients can improve the oxygen-carrying capacity of red blood cells.
These include the following:
Chlorophyll has a special reputation for improving the oxygen-carrying capacity of red blood cells.
CellFood is a proprietary ionic formula that contains 78 ionic minerals, 34 enzymes, 17 amino acids, electrolytes and dissolved oxygen and utilizes a unique water-splitting technology. It provides an unsurpassed oxygen and nutrient delivery system, and is absorbed quickly and efficiently by every cell in the body. Cellfood's unique structure oxygenates and feeds the cells cleaning and tuning up the body's systems throughout the day. Cellfood is made from all-natural plant substances, and is yeast-free and gluten-free.
But that is not all!
For the body to propely absorb at the cellular level both minerals and organic complexes must be extremely small to penetrate the cell membrane where they do the most good!
A.) - In their ionic form, the body has to do virtually nothing to process or break down these elements to prepare them for absorption.
B.) - The efficiency of the "transport system," the type of water we drink, is essential!
C.) - Our cell membrane must have the correct permeability with proper fat (Omega 3, Lecithin for example).
Any herbal supplementation, it seems to me, would be much more efficient if the foundation of health was first taken care of and here is why:
minerals are the “spark of life.”
Minerals play many roles in our body affecting – cells, tissues, organs, and the whole organism. All of our body processes depend upon the action of vitamins and minerals to activate the enzymes which perform bodily functions we take for granted.
That is why prior to suggesting any nutritional supplements it is wise to start the right way by first "feeding" your body with essential "necessities" such as Ionic Minerals or Mineral Chi Tonic
Stay on the program for two weeks and then let us discuss together how any remaining "weaknesses" or "nutritional deficiencies" can be addressed.
