Mild, chronic feelings of cold, especially in the extremities, can be a symptom of several different health problems.
Low thyroid is a common cause and taking remedies to boost the thyroid often resolves the problem.
Another common cause is poor circulation to the extremities. If there are symptoms of arteriosclerosis, then the oral chelation program may be helpful. For less serious circulatory issues, try taking Capsicum or Capsicum, Garlic and Parsley.
Cold hands and feet may also be a symptom of a lowered immune response. If the person is tired and catches colds and flu easily, then try Trigger Immune. If the lungs are weak and the person has problems with wheezing or shortness of breath, then Lung Support may be helpful.
If the person is pale and thin or emaciated, then poor digestion may be a root cause. Spleen Activator is helpful in that case.
